Functional Patterns is a third-party movement-training methodology. Its educational material emphasizes standing, walking, running and throwing, alongside its own interpretations of posture, coordination and movement mechanics. These priorities describe the methodology; they are not a universal clinical hierarchy that every patient must follow.
